runs a little big
I'm 5'10 and 145. Usually I wear a medium, but this shirt was way too big, especially in the arms. Even after folding the cuffs up over the sleeve they were still too long. Weird. So I got a small instead and it's much better. If you are borderline on sizes I would say go with the smaller one. It's a cool shirt though- sharp looking like a collared shirt, but cool and light and stretchy like an athletic/performance shirt.
