Too bulky and stiff

I was looking for a shell I could wear over a jacket (I also have a Gore Phantom) on rainy days, but packable in a jersey pocket. The material is stiff and plastic-feeling and it would be a tight fit in the jersey pocket. I'm not convinced a waterproof jacket has to feel like a hard plastic shell with all the exotic materials out there these days, so I'd have to rate the material as worse than expected. I'm 6'1 175pds and found the XL to be the right size to be worn over a jersey and jacket, perhaps just a bit big in the body if intended to be worn with only a jersey but it's borderline. The arms are appropriately long and the back is extended to provide protection from water coming off the back tire.The two star rating is based on my intended usage as a third layer shell. Others may find it better suited to their use.

Waterproof, windproof, not breathable

This jacket is great for the cold, wet months but the material feels like plastic against the skin and does not seem to be at all breathable.
