Pretty tight.

I bought this to use as my backpack for school and it works well for that. Plenty of room for all my books, folders, and even a laptop or a jacket. It is pretty comfortable and I don't mind wearing it, plus it looks sick. I've brought it skiing a few times and it holds everything I need. The only thing I don't like is that a ton of loose straps are always hanging off the pack and dangling everywhere. Overall it is super durable and great quality.

Good minimal bag for the backcountry.

I splitboard, so I didn't mind not having horizontal board carry (which is my preferred way to strap my board on if I'm hiking or on a sled). My bigger K2 bag has that option, but it's also a bit heavier and not as fun to ride with. Like the previous reviewer said, it fits everything you need ok, except my metal Voile shovel doesn't go in the pouch very well. Wish I could downsize to a smaller shovel that fit better, but those are worthless in avy debris or building kickers. Putting a helmet in there is also a stretch if you've got poles, skins, etc.

Good pack

This is a good all around pack, big enough for the things you need but not too bulky that its throwing you around while you ride. It has a good snug hug fit to your back.
