Got it on sale, and it is worth every penny. Fully waterproof and incredibly warm. I usually wear multiple layers including a mid layer and shell, etc., but when I just want to put something on that will definitely keep me warm when it's snowing/sleeting/freezing raining out without needing to worry about what layers or hat or hood will do the job, this is the perfect solution. The all in one solution.
