Zippered lace covers keep snow and ice out of the boots; covers extend above your ankles for great protection against deep snow. Hook on each boot keeps your gaiters (sold separately) securely attached. Lugged soles grip well when you're walking from the car to the trail. Salomon Quicklace Kevlar(R) laces pull snug with a single tug. Salomon X-ADV 6 cross-country ski boots have an anatomic fit with a generous amount of space in the forefoot for great comfort and warmth. Compatible with the Salomon SNS XA backcountry ski bindings, sold separately; not compatible with standard SNS or SNS Pilot bindings.
