The mesh walls are nice for hot weather and reducing weight. However durability suffers. In fact durability is a serious issue for this tent. The mesh rips with seemingly only a thought. Also the zippers for the door are such poor quality that with only two nights of regular use they pulled apart. Regular use is unzipping to get in, one bathroom run, and exiting the tent in the morning. Another gripe is the tent roof sags and hits me in the face. This is due to a design flaw with the H shaped tent poles. All in all the only thing this tent has going for it is it's light and sometimes you can find it on steep and cheap. If you want a sturdy well built tent steer away from this model.
