Best for cycling shoes
THESE are what you need for cleated, narrow shoes. Superfeet market the yellow for cycling and hockey yet these fit narrow sports shoes much better. Especially if you have Sidi's. They don't raise your heel as much as the yellow and help eliminate hotspots and arch fatigue. I am able to crank down my shoes much more securely with the black as opposed to the yellow which I have to keep my straps and buckle looser and therefore a less responsive connection to my pedals.
Superfeet Trim-To-Fit Black Insole
I wanted to try this product since I bought a pair of Red Wings that cost bomb yet does not have any insole.The size was wrong, my actual feet size is 10.5US(28.5cm) but I always get 1/2 size bigger for boots. I usually gets NB sneakers at 10.5 or Nikes at 11 so I follow Superfeet sizing and got the 11 but its more for a size 9 to 10 shoes.So i placed these Superfeet in my missuses Red Wings Pecos and shes said it feels good although she hasn't really use it yet.
