Eastern Mountain Sports Description: Made in Italy, Zamberlan's Lagorai NW GT Backpacking Boots feature durable Norwegian welt construction, Vibram rubber outsoles, waxed full-grain leather uppers with Gore-Tex bootie protection, and comfortable design details. Full-length insole and half-length plate for rearfoot support, torsional stability, and natural foot movement?topped with PE foam layer to improve cushioning. Vibram NorTrack rubber outsole with multidirectional lugs for durable traction and grip. Dual-density PU wedge cushions, absorbs shock, and provides stability on rough terrain. Hydrobloc waxed full-grain leather upper enhances water resistance and durability. Interior Gore-Tex bootie for waterproof protection and breathable comfort. Soft calf-leather collar lining for extra comfort. Norwegian welt construction with two lines of stitching for classic durability (can be resoled). Flex-STM: multidirectional ankle joint for lateral support, comfort, and freedom of movement of the ankle with overall stability. Thermoplastic toe and heel with sculptured padding help hold the foot in place and protect it from tree roots, stones, and rocks. Z-Comfort anatomical footbed to absorb and wick moisture, add cushioning, reduce friction, improve foot alignment/stability, allow natural foot flex and air circulation. Tongue gusset to keep debris and the elements out. Hardware treated for reliability and durability. Special rubber reinforcement applied to upper to ensure maximum abrasion resistance, enhance water repellency, and help the boot keep its shape during extended use.
