- 1. When will my order ship? Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email the moment it begins processing. Most orders received before noon Pacific Time will ship the same business day, and you’ll receive a ship confirmation email containing your shipping tracking code.
- 2. Do you ship internationally? Gear.com does not currently ship internationally, only to the continental US. Please see the Shipping page for more details.
- 3. How can I return or exchange my order? You may go to “Your Orders” under your profile link at the top of the page. See the Returns/Exchanges page for more details.
- 4. Do you offer gift cards? We don’t offer gift cards at the moment, but hope to soon as it’s a request we’ve heard frequently. Stay tuned!
- 5. My order is a gift. Can I include a gift message? If you click “Add gift message” for an item at checkout, you can type a short message for the recipient and mark the item as a gift.
