We are thrilled to be here serving you. You can always reach out to us by hitting the “Contact Us” link on this page, where we also have some FAQs for the questions we frequently get asked. It’s rare that your questions haven’t been asked by someone else before, so your fastest route to an answer is probably those FAQs.

We get tons of communications every day, so please allow 24/48 hours for response (excluding holidays, weekends, etc).

Two other quick notes:

  • If you’ve logged in, then in the top-right there should be a link to your Gear.com profile, and you should also be able to see a link to “Your Orders”. You can click that, and it should provide you with all details about your orders, including links to Order details where shipping/tracking numbers are available, etc.
  • If you’ve seen a product somewhere else that you think we should have at Gear.com, please click the “Recommend Products” link at the top of the page. That’s where you can tell us about it, and we’ll check it out. We tend to be pretty discerning with which products we put on the site – only the best, because our customers rely on us to introduce them to the very best products and discover brands and items they may have never heard of. So help us out! Let us know of a new brand or product we should have!
